Kenya : KHRC Hails Tribunal Ruling Upholding Sh1.8bn Tax Claim Against Del Monte
[Capital FM] Nairobi -- The Kenya Human Rights Commission (KHRC) has welcomed a decision by the Tax Appeals Tribunal dismissing an appeal by Del Monte Kenya Ltd against a Sh1.76 billion tax assessment by the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA).
